PC MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Since there is no guarantee that any equipment, or PC’s in particular, will
perform smoothly all the time,  the services provided under this proposal
will at least ensure that customers will encounter minimum disruption
in their daily operations through the professional support rendered.

Option 1- PC MAINTENANCE RETAINERSHIP:
Only N2,400/computer per Month

Under the Maintenance Retainership Service, some of the benefits that
the customer can enjoy include:
1. Technical experts to diagnose/inspect the faulty equipment in the shortest possible time.
2. If the faulty equipment could not be fixed onsite, a loan unit of an equivalent capacity will be arranged so as not to interrupt operations.

3. Where possible, remote support over the telephone will be given for operational issues.
4. Two times a week on site visit by Technician
5. Software upgrade install (if software is available)
6. Networking maintenance
7. Consultation on PC upgrade as applicable
8. Quarterly PM on all the contracted PC’s more
