1. Get Opera mini browser version 3.10, take note of the version because the current version 4 wouldn't work
2. Install the opera, follow the interactive setup, choose ur already setup mtn wap gprs settings and grant access to 'connect to network'.
*In case u haven't setup the gprs settings on ur phone
Just put on the gprs through the phone settings and set to available.
Enter the following core settings, format may differ based on phone type
MTNWAP
Homepage- wap.mtnonline.com
Access point/APN - web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
IP/Proxy address - 010.199.212.002
User name - web
Password - web
port number - 8080
mode - http
authentication - none/ non secure
3. On your opera, go to menu (left soft key), tools,
settings, choose Network.
4. In the network settings, Opera mini server, enter the following
http://wap.loaded.mtnonline.com@80.232.117.10:80
5. Do not bother about all the other numerous config, just this alone will do.
6. Now you are set to go, only that google may not work fine, so use
wap.m.yahoo.com
7. useful websites are
m.facebook.com
www.sharemobile.ro
waptrick.com
tegos.ru
getjar.com
Sincerely, that is all u need if u hav any problem it is not because u did not enter the config well.
